Witamy w aplikacji **FuElse**. Pobierając, instalując lub korzystając z naszej aplikacji, wyrażasz zgodę na poniższe warunki korzystania oraz postanowienia umowy licencyjnej użytkownika końcowego (EULA).

1. Umowa Licencyjna (EULA)

Aplikacja jest licencjonowana, a nie sprzedawana, do użytku wyłącznie na warunkach niniejszej umowy. Udzielamy użytkownikowi ograniczonej, niewyłącznej, niezbywalnej i odwołalnej licencji na korzystanie z aplikacji na urządzeniach z systemem iOS lub Android, których użytkownik jest właścicielem lub które kontroluje, zgodnie z zasadami korzystania określonymi w Regulaminie sklepów App Store i Google Play.

W przypadku urządzeń z systemem iOS, licencja podlega standardowym warunkom korzystania firmy Apple: Standard Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA).

2. Subskrypcje Auto-odnawialne (FuElse Premium)

Aplikacja oferuje opcjonalną subskrypcję Premium, która odblokowuje dodatkowe funkcje (takie jak rozszerzone filtry wyszukiwania, motyw ciemny, brak reklam).

Okres subskrypcji: Oferujemy plany subskrypcji miesięcznej (1 miesiąc) oraz rocznej (1 rok).
Opłaty: Ceny poszczególnych planów są wyraźnie prezentowane w aplikacji przed dokonaniem zakupu. Opłata zostanie pobrana z konta Apple ID (lub Google Play) po potwierdzeniu zakupu.
Automatyczne odnawianie: Subskrypcja odnawia się automatycznie na taki sam okres, chyba że automatyczne odnawianie zostanie wyłączone na co najmniej 24 godziny przed końcem bieżącego okresu subskrypcji.
Zarządzanie subskrypcją: Użytkownik może zarządzać subskrypcjami oraz wyłączyć automatyczne odnawianie w ustawieniach swojego konta Apple ID (lub Google Play) po dokonaniu zakupu.
Brak zwrotów: Anulowanie bieżącej subskrypcji w trakcie jej trwania nie uprawnia do zwrotu kosztów za niewykorzystany okres.

3. Zasady Społeczności i Wprowadzanie Danych

FuElse opiera się na danych wprowadzanych przez społeczność. Zgadzając się na korzystanie z aplikacji, zobowiązujesz się do wprowadzania wyłącznie prawdziwych i rzetelnych cen paliw stacji benzynowych. Uporczywe, celowe wprowadzanie błędnych informacji lub próby manipulacji cenami będą skutkowały natychmiastowym zablokowaniem konta użytkownika w systemie FuElse.

WAŻNE OSTRZEŻENIE: Korzystanie z aplikacji w trakcie jazdy samochodem jest surowo zabronione. Wszelkie operacje (w tym skanowanie cen aparatami) należy wykonywać wyłącznie przy bezpiecznym, pełnym zatrzymaniu pojazdu w wyznaczonym do tego miejscu.

4. Ograniczenie Odpowiedzialności

Dokładamy wszelkich starań, aby ceny prezentowane w aplikacji były dokładne i aktualne. Jednak ze względu na dynamiczny charakter rynku oraz zależność od zgłoszeń użytkowników, nie gwarantujemy bezbłędności prezentowanych danych. FuElse nie ponosi odpowiedzialności za jakiekolwiek straty finansowe wynikające z różnic w cenach prezentowanych w aplikacji a faktycznymi cenami na stacjach paliw.

5. Zmiany w Warunkach

Zastrzegamy sobie prawo do modyfikacji niniejszych warunków. Dalsze korzystanie z aplikacji po wprowadzeniu zmian oznacza ich akceptację.

Welcome to the **FuElse** application. By downloading, installing, or using our application, you agree to the following terms of use and the provisions of the end-user license agreement (EULA).

1. License Agreement (EULA)

The application is licensed, not sold, to you for use only under the terms of this agreement. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the application on iOS or Android devices that you own or control, in accordance with the usage rules set forth in the App Store and Google Play Store Terms of Service.

For iOS devices, the license is subject to the standard Apple Terms of Use: Standard Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA).

2. Auto-Renewable Subscriptions (FuElse Premium)

The application offers an optional Premium subscription that unlocks additional features (such as advanced search filters, dark theme, and complete ad removal).

Subscription Period: We offer monthly (1 month) and annual (1 year) subscription plans.
Charges: Prices for each plan are clearly presented in the app before purchase. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID (or Google Play) account upon confirmation of purchase.
Automatic Renewal: The subscription renews automatically for the same period unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.
Subscription Management: The user can manage subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal in their Apple ID (or Google Play) Account Settings after purchase.
No Refunds: Cancellation of the active subscription during its term does not entitle you to a refund for the remaining period.

3. Community Guidelines and Data Entry

FuElse relies on community-submitted data. By agreeing to use the application, you undertake to enter only true and accurate fuel prices for gas stations. Persistent, intentional entry of incorrect information or attempts to manipulate prices will result in immediate suspension of the user account in the FuElse system.

IMPORTANT WARNING: Using the application while driving is strictly prohibited. All operations (including scanning prices with the camera) must be performed only when the vehicle is safely and fully stopped in a designated area.

4. Limitation of Liability

We make every effort to ensure that the prices presented in the application are accurate and up-to-date. However, due to the dynamic nature of the market and reliance on user reports, we do not guarantee the error-free nature of the presented data. FuElse is not liable for any financial losses resulting from differences between prices presented in the application and actual prices at fuel stations.

5. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms. Continued use of the application after changes are introduced constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Willkommen bei der **FuElse**-App. Durch das Herunterladen, Installieren oder Nutzen unserer App stimmen Sie den folgenden Nutzungsbedingungen und den Bestimmungen der Endbenutzer-Lizenzvereinbarung (EULA) zu.

Die App wird Ihnen zur Nutzung unter den Bedingungen dieser Vereinbarung lizenziert, nicht verkauft. Wir gewähren Ihnen eine eingeschränkte, nicht ausschließliche, nicht übertragbare und widerrufbare Lizenz zur Nutzung der App auf iOS- oder Android-Geräten, die Sie besitzen oder kontrollieren, gemäß den in den Nutzungsbedingungen von App Store und Google Play Store festgelegten Nutzungsregeln.

Für iOS-Geräte unterliegt die Lizenz den standardmäßigen Nutzungsbedingungen von Apple: Standard Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA).

2. Automatisch verlängerbare Abonnements (FuElse Premium)

Die App bietet ein optionales Premium-Abonnement an, das zusätzliche Funktionen freischaltet (wie erweiterte Suchfilter, dunkles Design und vollständige Anzeigenentfernung).

Abonnementzeitraum: Wir bieten monatliche (1 Monat) und jährliche (1 Jahr) Abonnementpläne an.
Gebühren: Die Preise für die einzelnen Pläne werden vor dem Kauf in der App klar dargestellt. Die Zahlung wird nach Kaufbestätigung von Ihrem Apple-ID- (oder Google Play-) Konto abgebucht.
Automatische Verlängerung: Das Abonnement verlängert sich automatisch um denselben Zeitraum, es sei denn, die automatische Verlängerung wird mindestens 24 Stunden vor dem Ende des aktuellen Abonnementzeitraums deaktiviert.
Abonnementverwaltung: Der Nutzer kann Abonnements nach dem Kauf in den Accounteinstellungen seiner Apple-ID (oder Google Play) verwalten und die automatische Verlängerung deaktivieren.
Keine Rückerstattung: Die Kündigung des aktiven Abonnements während seiner Laufzeit berechtigt nicht zur Rückerstattung der Kosten für den verbleibenden Zeitraum.

3. Community-Richtlinien und Dateneingabe

FuElse verlässt sich auf von der Community eingereichte Daten. Durch die Nutzung der App verpflichten Sie sich, nur wahre und korrekte Kraftstoffpreise für Tankstellen einzugeben. Die wiederholte, vorsätzliche Eingabe falscher Informationen oder Versuche zur Preismanipulation führen zur sofortigen Sperrung des Benutzerkontos im FuElse-System.

WICHTIGER HINWEIS: Die Nutzung der App während der Fahrt ist strengstens untersagt. Alle Vorgänge (einschließlich des Scannens von Preisen mit der Kamera) dürfen nur bei sicherem und vollständigem Stillstand des Fahrzeugs in einem dafür vorgesehenen Bereich durchgeführt werden.

4. Haftungsbeschränkung

Wir bemühen uns, dass die in der App dargestellten Preise korrekt und aktuell sind. Aufgrund der Dynamik des Marktes und der Abhängigkeit von Nutzerberichten garantieren wir jedoch nicht die Fehlerfreiheit der bereitgestellten Daten. FuElse haftet nicht für finanzielle Verluste, die durch Abweichungen zwischen den in der App dargestellten Preisen und den tatsächlichen Preisen an den Tankstellen entstehen.

5. Änderungen der Bedingungen

Wir behalten uns das Recht vor, diese Bedingungen zu ändern. Die fortgesetzte Nutzung der App nach der Einführung von Änderungen gilt als Annahme dieser Änderungen.
